#000000;\"><strong><!-- wp:list --><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>promuovere la responsabilit\u00e0 dei cittadini e delle cittadine nei confronti dello spaccio e del consumo di droghe;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>sensibilizzare e informare i cittadini e le cittadine sugli effetti riprovevoli dello spaccio e del consumo di droghe;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>programmare e promuovere eventi e manifestazioni nel quartiere di Besso per occupare il territorio, alfine di dissuadere gli spacciatori e i consumatori di droghe a effettuare simili commerci;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>collaborare con iniziative simili in altri quartieri di Lugano e in altri Comuni colpiti dallo stesso fenomeno.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>programmare e promuovere eventi e manifestazioni nel quartiere di Besso per favorire la socializzazione e la comprensione reciproca.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>organizzare corsi di formazione\/informazione e occasioni d\u2019incontro e svago, in particolare per giovani e persone anziane.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>contribuire a migliorare la qualit\u00e0 di vita della popolazione, impegnandosi a preservare i valori ambientali, paesaggistici e storici, nonch\u00e9 l\u2019identit\u00e0 del quartiere di Besso\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list
